This was written in my kitchen at home in Ennis, it was after a 3 week heatwave and the rain had inevitably come back. I was looking out the back door at it bouncing off the ground and it inspired this tune.
Ger O’Donnell joins me in the performance of this tune on guitar, amicus and bodhrán.
