Eamon Flynn was born in Mountcollins, Co. Limerick in 1937 and by time he was 12 he was an accomplished musician on both accordion and fiddle. He spent many years in England and America and returned to Ireland about ten years ago.
This video was recorded at the Patrick O’Keeffe Festival, November 2023 and features Eamon Flynn playing some of his compositions on accordion and fiddle, along with Aidan Connolly, fiddle; Conor Connolly, keyboard ; Conor Daly, fiddle ; Nickie McAuliffe, fiddle and Colin Kadis, accordion.
