This reel combines my love of electronic music with my love of Irish traditional music. As bars and clubs were closed due to the pandemic, I sat down with the intention of writing a reel that was to be played fast, with a chord progression that would also work for a club song. I wrote the melody, and then worked an electronic arrangement behind it. This tune breaks the boundary between traditional and modern.
